Where is the Outrage?

Former Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion once noted that as long as Members of the Knesset are not individually elected, they are not accountable to the voters and the Government can choose to ignore public opinion. This is exactly what happened under the Ariel Sharon government and is happening now under the regime of Benjamin Netanyahu. It was not until he was elected that Netanyahu endorsed an Arab state carved out of Judea and Samaria.

Is There an Urgency to Resolve the Palestinian-Israel Conflict?

Is there really a rush to create an Arab terrorist state from the midst of Israel? The Israelis have never said they are in a hurry. Have the Arabs stated they are in a hurry? No, in fact, their words and actions have shown quite the opposite. So then why is the Obama administration in such a hurry?

A Jewish Response to Barack Obama's Cairo Speech

On June 4, 2009, US President Barack Obama delivered a speech in Cairo, Egypt that contained a distorted view of the Jewish people's historical ties to the land of their forefathers, the land of Israel. This video by the Temple Institute in Jerusalem is a response to that speech.

Has Netanyahu's "Demilitarized State" Ploy Opened a Pandora's Box?

It seems that Netanyahu's use of the term "demilitarized state" in his recent speech at Bar-Ilan University has opened a flood gate of ideas by which the Obama administration will be able to divide up and distribute the Land of Israel to all of Israel' enemies. Perhaps that was the original intention when the concept was first put forth.

The War Of Words That Israel Must Start Winning

Why doesn't Israel take a page out of the Arab playbook? The world is bombarded with images of wounded Gazan children so why then aren't there any images of Jewish children as they lay injured on the ground following an Arab terrorist attack? It's time to play by some of the same rules as the Arabs, unpalatable though they may be at times. And, while we're at it, let's reclaim the word 'Zionist'. It's not a dirty word. A Zionist is simply anyone who supports Israel's right to exist.

Netanyahu's Two State Final Solution

In Netanyahu's recent speech, although he stated during his campaign he wouldn't, he made it clear that he wants to divide up the land of Israel and give it to Israel's enemies. At first he appeared to be standing up to the United States, but it soon became evident that he was doing the work of Obama himself.

Are the Israel Settlements in Judea and Samaria Illegal?

The issue of Jerusalem is particularly sensitive and a topic of dispute in every negotiation. Distortions, half-truths, and outright lies by its enemies seem to be a part of Israel's struggle for Jerusalem. However, the truth is that since the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948, and even prior to that, Israel's rights to sovereignty in Jerusalem were firmly anchored in history and international law. These 10 points are important to know with regard to the struggle over Jerusalem.

What the BBC and The Guardian Never Tell You

It's no secret that the mainstream media plays down Israeli casualties in the ongoing Arab-Israel war. And there are times when the losses suffered by Israel are low, and this can be attributed to one thing: the God of Israel. However, while exaggerating the number of Arab casualties, the media makes it seem as if Israel must be doing something immoral or illegal because it didn't suffer as many casualties as the Arabs. The truth is, Israel has suffered more than its share of casualties.

The Myth of 'Occupied' Territories

To determine the true legal status of the area known as Yesha (Judea, Samaria and Gaza), it is important to understand the different types of UN resolutions. Once this is understood, it becomes clear there is no such thing as the Israeli-occupied territories. (If anything, they are actually Arab-occupied territories.)

The History and Meaning of "Palestine" and "Palestinians"

Palestine has never existed . . . as an autonomous entity. There is no language known as Palestinian. There is no distinct Palestinian culture. There has never been a land known as Palestine governed by Palestinians. Palestinians are Arabs.

The Moslem Claim to Jerusalem is False

Is there any foundation to the Moslem argument that this "furthest mosque" (Al-Masujidi al-Aqtza) refers to what is today called the Aksa Mosque in Jerusalem? The answer is, none whatsoever.

The Mythical Moderate Muslim

The moderate Muslim, along with the Big Foot, the unicorn, the Loch Ness monster, remains more elusive than a cure for cancer: there is at least a theoretical possibility that a cure for cancer can be found one day, unless of course Islam takes over and drags us all down into its own endless Dark Ages.

According to European diplomatic 'sources', kidnapped Israel Defense Force (IDF) soldier Gilad Shalit is to be transferred to Egypt within a few days in exchange for the release of 1,100 Arab women, teens, cabinet ministers and parliamentarians being held in Israeli prisons. However, Israeli officials in Jerusalem have denied any knowledge of the impending deal and other Arab 'sources' expressed doubts about the report.
Yoav Frankel, director of a new interfaith endeavor launched last week, argues that building the Third Temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem would not require the destruction of the Dome of the Rock. "This vision of religious shrines in peaceful proximity can transform the Temple Mount from a place of contention to its original sacred role as a place of worship shared by Jews, Muslims and Christians," said Frankel, director of the initiative.
George Mitchell, Special Middle East envoy to United States President Barak Obama, has indicated that birth statistics will be closely monitored as the basis for measuring compliance on the "natural growth" provision for building in the communities ("settlements") in Judea and Samaria. He suggested that Jewish births in the communities would be considered violations of the Obama administration's edicts prohibiting "natural growth" of Jews there.
Israel has reduced the number of military checkpoints in Judea and Samaria by 60 percent over the past year. Israeli officials tried to downplay the US pressure and said the removal of the checkpoints was more a result of decreased terrorism. But Jewish community leaders in Judea and Samaria noted that terrorism is down precisely because Israel implemented measures such as the checkpoints, and that removing them will inevitably result in more bloodshed.
One hundred new immigrants arrived in Israel on Wednesday under the joint auspices of Nefesh B'Nefesh and the Jewish Agency. The two organizations plan to bring a total of more than 3,000 new immigrants to Israel over the course of the summer.
US President Barack Obama's administration is examining a proposed Israeli-Syrian peace plan that is based on demilitarizing the Golan Heights and transforming it, along with a strip of the Jordan Valley, into a nature preserve, or "peace park," that would be open to visitors during the day.
The Knesset Yesha Lobby is distributing maps and information on jeopardized Yesha outposts and neighborhoods to Cabinet ministers and Members of Knesset (MK). The organization, headed by MK Dr. Aryeh Eldad, was formed for the purpose of advancing the cause of the Jewish towns in Judea and Samaria (Yesha).
PA/PLO TV marked the second anniversary of the Hamas takeover of Gaza by broadcasting a public Fatah event that focuses on vilifying Hamas. Part of this performance criticizes and mocks Hamas for the decrease in its terror operations against Israel, glorifies Fatah terror, and ends with Fatah boasting that they "arrested two soldiers in Ram'Allah," a reference to the October 2000 lynching of two Israeli reservists.
"Something must be wrong with a man who is far more concerned with a Jew building a house in Israel than with Muslims building a nuclear bomb in Iran" — Bert Perlutsky.
"The more Israel seeks the approval of the nations the more Israel will be despised by the nations and succumb to unilateral concessions to the Palestinians." — Prof. Paul Eidelberg
Arabs have gone to great lengths to portray "Palestinians" as oppressed and impoverished refugees living under a brutal and strangulating "Israeli occupation." So it was a bit surprising when Arab and Israeli media outlets recently reported on the wild success of a new luxury shopping mall in the northern Arab-occupied town of Jenin, a location previously made famous by its abundance of suicide bomber recruits.
